New Payroll and Employee Centers

ComputerEase construction accounting software announced new Payroll and Employee Centers to speed the management of payroll processing. The centers summarizes all pertinent payroll data organized into key sections.

The Payroll Center tax section displays MTD, QTD and YTD information for every tax item from Medicare to local taxes. Another section separates the same MTD, QTD and YTD into gross, burden, fringes and total. It's easy to identify overtime in both numbers and in the built in pie chart. The Payroll Center also includes quick links to every payroll function from employee maintenance to printing checks.

A new Employee Center makes a perfect companion to the Payroll Center summarizing all payroll information on an employee level. Employees who are paid multiple rates can be easily managed with ComputerEase. Since all information is date filtered, you can even reprint W-2s for previous years.
