your mouse. Access report information
stored in all ComputerEase modules. Create your own formulas, add headings,
totals, and filters. With QTool, you’re in total control of the
way your information looks and flows.
 Custom reports are a ‘click’ away:
1) Choose Parameters:
Simply click on the fields you wish to report on.
2) QTool Reports:
Click ‘OK’ and QTool does the rest. It’s that easy!
3) Export:
You can also cut and paste this report into your favorite spreadsheet
program. Or, use ODBC to pull information over directly from ComputerEase.
How QTool and ODBC work
It’s designed to access the information you want quickly. Simply click
on the fields, click “OK”,
and display the report. For even more advanced report writing, ComputerEase’s
ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) software allows you to pull ComputerEase
information directly into programs you’re already using such as Word,
Excel, Lotus, and Access. Every time new information is posted into ComputerEase,
the reports that were created in other applications update automatically.
