Document Control Built In Correspondence Log
You can create and view all of your documents at once or filter to see
specific types such as Request for Information, Change Orders, Transmittals
or Submittals. The color coded “status” icons tell you which
ones need attention.

into one location. Your entire job shows up before your eyes:
Microsoft™ Word Templates drive most of the documents you’ll
create - POs, Invoices, RFIs, Change Orders, etc. You can easily modify
the Word templates to add your logo or special wording.
Start with a request for change from your subcontractor
or vendor, submit the change to the owner/architect and turn it into
an approved Change Order when the approval is received. The color
remind you of delinquent documents.
Track your Submittals with a special progress board that shows you the
status of the many Submittals required for a job, including dates due
and red flags for delinquent Submittals needing your attention. You can
create and email/print requests for information with cover letters from
within the system.
