Purchase Order and Payroll with Project Management, Document Control and
Scheduling functions. Many of the items, such as invoices, POs, etc. use
Microsoft Word templates to generate the formatting. Using Word allows

How Job Costing works
Jobs are organized into phases, categories (tasks), and as many as 16
cost types, such as Labor and Material. ComputerEase works the way contractors
work. Integrated with all areas of the system, Job Cost lets you instantly
retrieve vital up-to-the-minute job status, job-to-date, and percent
complete reports.
